Remark: Power Consumption per ton of water in the above table excludes power consumption of seawater transportation pump.

a) Simple filtration and chemical dosing process other than those complex pretreatment will be carried out.

b) Low system operation temperature will efficiently prevent the relevant facilities from corrosion and scaling.

c) The system has great flexibility, whose capacity fluctuates ranging from 40%~110% of design value.

d) The system consumes lower power on the liquid transportation, so the total power consumption is lower, which will reduce the cost of producing fresh water.

e) Adoption of the high efficient TVC equipment can produce high thermal efficiency, which makes the GOR up to 8-12.

f) Safe and reliable in system operation and maintenance.

g) Supply of high purified water which could be widely used as boiler make-up water, process water and high quality municipal water.
